Toronto with the Wholigans

Thursday August 13th I did a one off show with the Wholigans at a Woodstock Festival tribute

show. Great bands, CCR, Janis, Joe Cocker, Hendrix, The Band and a few others. Great time as

always when meeting up with the Wholigans, never know what to expect, but be ready for anything.

7:00 A.M. Wake Up

8:00 A.M. Drive to LGA Airport

9:30 Sitting in airport drinking 2 bloodymarys

11:00 Plane takes off to Buffalo Airport

12:15 Plane lands in Buffalo

12:30 Meet Barry (Singer Wholigans just flew into airport as well)

12:35 call Darren (drummer Wholigans picking us up driving down from Toronto)

12:40 Darren running late stuck in traffic

12:45-2:00 drinking in bar with Barry waiting for Darren ...3 Pints and 3 shots of Brandy

2:15 Darren gets to airport loads up gear and 2 drunk members of band

-You may wonder why we flew into Buffalo if your still reading this instead of Toronto

Much cheaper flights into buffalo

3:00 Sitting in traffic in Buffalo, never going to make the 4:00 sound check

4:30 get through customs at boarder in Canada  (Somehow not sure how)

6:00 get to Venue, load in gear at do a quick line check

7:00 doors open for venue 4-5 thousand people

8:00-10:30 watching bands  (Janis Tribute was amazing)

11:00 in dressing room tune up change ready to hit the stage

11:45 Hit stage as closing act of the festival

1:00 A.M leave stage start to pack up

2:00 A.M. on road heading back to Buffalo to catch a 5:30 flight

4:00 A.M. get to Airport board plane at 5:00

7:00 A.M. land at JFK

8:00 A.M. go to work
